Dignity MEdical Group

7117 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights CA

A brand new, 68,000 square foot three-story medical office building over 150 pieces of artwork. Nearly all public area artwork was created by local artists with imagery that reflects the region, anchored by a set of three 20’ installations at the entrance to each floor. The first floor features a large art piece of a rose garden surrounded by photos and text about the long and fascinating history of the city – from the Gold Rush through today. The central rose garden piece pays homage to a rose garden that used to exist on the site of the MOB. The second floor features a set of seven individual pieces of quilled art (three-dimensional paper collage) depicting local botanicals. The third floor features an eight panel metal wall sculpture. For pediatrics, a series of hand-painted wooden butterflies create the “California Constellation” installation (image above). Waiting areas feature additional local art on canvas, paper, and metal and exam rooms showcase nature photography specifically curated for each specialty.
